If you like the idea of good, clean, fair food that is locally sourced, and created with passion and care by chefs and producers committed to quality and sustainability… then you don’t want to miss Miami’s 6th Annual Snail of Approval Party, “The Freshest Night Out.”This year, Slow foodies will unite to eat the best bites in South Florida on Friday, March 24th from 7 to 10 p.m., at The Nobu EdenRoc on Miami Beach. MIA Beer Company will be there pouring Edenboc, our Seasonal Doppelbock , and Blueberry HRD WTR, our clear sparkling alcoholic water with a hint of natural fruit flavor. This new addition to MIA Beer Company’s beverage roster is a low calorie, gluten-fee refreshing beverage. Only 110 calories per 12oz serving with 5% ABV.
Attendees will join over 30 renowned Miami Chefs, purveyors, producers, and artisans, as well as our farmers & growers in South Florida. Confirmed restaurants include Malibu Farms, Nobu, Essensia @ The Palms Hotel, della test kitchen, Artisan Beach House, Seasons Farm Fresh, Per’la Specialty Roasters, and Cacao Art Chocolates. Sip on cocktails by local, small batch producers, specialty wines, and Miami’s best brews, plus local kombucha, Vero water, and Kelvin Slushies.
This year will also shine the spotlight on local farms including Little River Cooperative, Harpke Family Farms, Sunfresh Farms, Swank Farms, Verde Gardens, Paradise Farms, Teena’s Pride, Bee Heaven, LNB Groves, and more.
Guests will take part in the fun and vote for their favorite bite of the night. Judging will take place at 8:45 p.m. This year will also include a silent auction, with donations provided by participating chefs and artisans. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase school garden grants at the live auction portion of the event.
Proceeds go toward grants and programming for school garden installations and education.
